PayitFast and Zameera Launch Ultra-Luxury Travel Integration for High-Net-Worth Members
By Lauren Towner · 18 September 2026

PayitFast has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Zameera to integrate ultra-luxury travel experiences into its Verati concierge platform. For fintech professionals, this move signals a deepening convergence between high-end digital payment ecosystems and lifestyle services, as platforms compete to capture the total spend of ultra-high-net-worth individuals through curated, exclusive access.
What was announced
The partnership establishes Zameera as a founding experience partner for Verati, the dedicated lifestyle and concierge arm of the PayitFast ecosystem. Through this integration, PayitFast members will gain direct access to a selection of Zameera’s most exclusive travel itineraries, which were previously typically reserved for private banking clients or personal networks. This move reflects a broader industry shift where premium digital platforms are moving beyond basic financial services toward providing genuine, curated access to high-value experiences.
The initial rollout features several high-profile journeys designed for the ultra-high-net-worth segment. These include a private safari camp located on Kenya’s Maasai Mara, a week of heli-skiing under the midnight sun in Iceland, and a two-part expedition along the Red Sea coastline of Saudi Arabia. Each journey is selected to reflect the curation standards associated with Zameera’s brand. The collaboration aims to provide a seamless user journey, moving from the discovery of these rare-access adventures to the final booking within the digital platform.
Operationally, the two firms are now entering a phase of platform integration and service onboarding. This will be supported by joint marketing initiatives designed to introduce Zameera’s portfolio—which includes private island buyouts, polar expeditions, and journeys across the Maldives, Antarctica, Indonesia, and the Arctic—to PayitFast’s growing user base. While the MoU has been signed, specific details regarding member access tiers and the exact launch dates are expected to be released in the coming months as the technical integration between the payment app and the concierge service progresses.
"Ultra-luxury travel has always depended on trust, on knowing that what you are being offered has actually been vetted by someone with real judgment. Bringing our catalogue to PayitFast's members means extending that same standard to a new audience of high-net-worth clients, exactly the traveler Zameera was built for,"
Sebastian Taskila, Chief Executive Officer of Zameera.
The companies involved
PayitFast is a digital payments platform that facilitates both traditional fiat and digital asset transactions for a global clientele of retail and corporate users. It operates as a trading name of Silverleaf E-Money Services LTD, based in Canada. The company is a registered Money Services Business (MSB) and Payment Services Provider (PSP), authorized by FINTRAC and the Bank of Canada. Its core offering allows members to hold, spend, and transfer funds across multiple currencies via a dedicated app and card, alongside business-facing services like cross-border invoicing and payouts. By integrating digital assets with traditional fiat, the platform caters to a modern class of wealthy individuals who require flexible liquidity across different asset classes.
Verati serves as PayitFast’s lifestyle concierge platform, based in Dubai. It is designed to bridge the gap between financial utility and high-end hospitality, positioning the PayitFast app as a comprehensive lifestyle tool rather than a simple wallet. Verati acts as the gateway for members to access curated travel and hospitality partners.
Zameera is an ultra-luxury travel specialist also headquartered in Dubai. The firm focuses exclusively on the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) segment, curating experiences that align with the standards of major global luxury houses. Its portfolio is geographically diverse, covering remote regions such as Rwanda, Kenya, and the polar circles, as well as luxury hubs like the Maldives and Saudi Arabia. The company specializes in high-intent, rare-access travel that requires significant logistical expertise, positioning itself as a provider of experiences that are not available through standard luxury travel channels.
What this means
This partnership highlights a significant trend in the premium fintech space: the transition from "payment provider" to "lifestyle orchestrator." As the market for digital wallets becomes saturated, differentiation is no longer found in transaction speed or exchange rates, but in the exclusivity of the ecosystem. By embedding Zameera’s UHNW travel products, PayitFast is directly challenging traditional private banks that have long used concierge services as a moat to retain wealthy clients. The success of this move will depend on whether a digital-first platform can replicate the high-touch trust required for six-figure travel bookings, putting pressure on legacy institutions to modernize their own lifestyle offerings.
