Press Release: Rentify Scales UAE Real Estate Operations with New AI-Powered Renewal Command Center | Featured Image by FF News

Rentify has launched the Renewal Command Center, a new AI-driven tool designed to automate the high-volume lease renewal process for UAE property managers. For fintech professionals, this represents a significant integration of Open Banking, embedded insurance, and automated payment orchestration into the core operational workflows of a multi-billion dollar real estate market.

What was announced

Rentify, a Dubai-based fintech and proptech startup, has expanded its Earn AI operating system with the introduction of the Renewal Command Center. This is the third specialized AI agent to join the platform, following the Intelligence Agent and the Collections Agent. The new tool is designed to handle the end-to-end renewal workflow, which accounts for nearly 80% of residential tenancy agreements in the UAE annually.

The Renewal Command Center automates lease generation and prepares tenancy agreements across all Emirates. It integrates tenant intelligence, insurance via the Rent Shield product, and Open Banking capabilities. The system allows property managers to transform fragmented data, such as spreadsheets and physical lease agreements, into a structured, live portfolio view in less than 60 seconds. Currently, Earn AI supports property portfolios valued at more than AED 22 billion (USD 6 billion), managing over AED 1.3 billion in annual rental value.

The platform utilizes partnerships with YallaCompare for embedded rental insurance and Spare for Open Finance-powered affordability assessments. This integration enables Pay-by-Bank payment orchestration, moving the industry away from manual coordination and toward a digital-first payment infrastructure. Despite the automation, the system operates within approval workflows that ensure human property managers retain final control over all critical decisions.

"Property managers don’t need more dashboards. They need greater operational capacity. Over the next decade, every major operational function within the property management business will gain a specialised AI counterpart. Our role is to build an operating system that enables those teams to work together seamlessly."

The companies involved

Rentify is a fintech and proptech startup headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The company focuses on building AI-native operating systems for rental operations, aiming to replace traditional, disconnected management software with automated agents that handle intelligence, collections, and renewals. It is led by Co-founder and CEO Rashed Hareb and Co-founder and COO Rajneel Kumar.

The platform relies on key ecosystem partners to deliver its financial services. YallaCompare is a leading comparison site in the Middle East, providing the insurance infrastructure for Rentify’s Rent Shield product. Spare is a prominent Open Finance provider in the region, specializing in account-to-account payments and financial data aggregation. Spare’s technology provides the backbone for the platform’s affordability assessments and Pay-by-Bank features, which are essential for modernizing the UAE’s historically cheque-heavy rental market. Together, these companies are creating a vertically integrated stack that combines real estate management with sophisticated financial technology.

What FF News has reported before

FF News has closely tracked the evolution of the UAE’s digital rental and payment ecosystem. We previously covered the initial rollout of this infrastructure in Rentify Launches UAE's First AI-Native Rent Infrastructure With Rentify Pay. Our coverage of Spare has been extensive, including their efforts to modernize regional payments in Spare Unveils First Seamless Al Tareq (Open Banking) Powered Cross-Border Transactions in the GCC. We also reported on Spare’s specific focus on the property sector in Spare and Rewa Partner to Eliminate Rental Cheques in Dubai via Open Finance, and their expansion into investment funding in Spare and Tabadulat Partner to Launch Pay-by-Bank for UAE Digital Investment Accounts.

What this means

This move signals a shift from "software as a record" to "software as an agent" in the Middle East real estate sector. By embedding Open Banking and insurance directly into the renewal prompt, Rentify is effectively capturing the financial transaction at the point of greatest friction. This puts pressure on traditional banks and legacy property management software providers who rely on manual processes and physical cheques. The real test will be whether the UAE’s regulatory environment continues to support the displacement of post-dated cheques in favor of Open Finance alternatives. Watch for Rentify to continue unbundling the property manager's role into specialized AI agents, potentially targeting maintenance or tenant onboarding next.
