Kipp

About Kipp
Kipp is an Israeli fintech that connects card issuers and merchants to recover card transactions that would otherwise be declined for insufficient funds. Merchants pay the issuer a premium to approve selected transactions, issuers set their own risk rules and pricing, and the consumer pays nothing extra. Founded in 2021 by Chanan Lavi and Nir Levy, Kipp partners with FIS to offer the solution to debit issuers, and in October 2026 was acquired by an investor group led by The Lifetime Value Company (LTVCo).
FF News has published 8 stories featuring Kipp since 2023, most recently "Kipp Acquired by LTVCo-Led Investor Group to Scale Transaction Recovery Platform" (30 October 2026).
