Fuze Finance Taps Modern Treasury to Accelerate U.S. Expansion for Digital Asset Payments
By Lauren Towner · 20 October 2026

Fuze Finance has integrated Modern Treasury’s Payment Service Provider (PSP) to anchor its expansion into the United States. By bridging digital asset rails with domestic payment systems like FedNow and ACH, the partnership enables global businesses to access U.S. dollar accounts and stablecoin liquidity without the traditional months-long wait for bank sponsorship.
What was announced
Fuze Finance, which currently processes $10 billion in annual volume, is utilizing Modern Treasury to deepen its connectivity to U.S. payments infrastructure. The integration allows Fuze to provide individuals and businesses across more than 100 countries with named U.S. accounts featuring unique routing and account numbers. This infrastructure supports the movement of funds between fiat dollars and stablecoins including USDG, USDC, and USDT across all 50 U.S. states.
The platform serves a diverse client base, including banks, neobanks, marketplaces, and payroll platforms, enabling them to offer stablecoin-powered payments and digital asset trading. Through Modern Treasury, Fuze can now orchestrate a full suite of domestic payment types, including ACH debits and credits, checks, and wires. Crucially, the setup enables instant settlement via Real-Time Payments (RTP), FedNow, and push-to-card. By consolidating these rails under a single API, Fuze aims to bypass the engineering and compliance complexity typically associated with building cross-border fiat-to-crypto bridges from scratch. Rather than spending months on bank sponsorship and vendor stitching, the firm can now go live on U.S. rails in a matter of days.
The companies involved
Modern Treasury is a payment operations platform that automates the full cycle of money movement, from initiation to reconciliation. The company has established itself as a critical layer for fintechs and enterprises, having moved over $600 billion across various payment rails. Its product suite is designed to help businesses scale by providing a unified interface for complex banking integrations.
Fuze Finance is a regulated digital asset payment and wealth infrastructure provider. Originally founded with a focus on the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, where it has established a dominant market position, the company has since expanded its footprint globally. Fuze provides the underlying orchestration for stablecoin transactions, cross-border payments, and crypto payment gateways. Its infrastructure allows financial institutions and fintechs to embed trading and yield products directly into their own applications. The company’s move into the U.S. market follows its established success in managing complex payment corridors and high-volume digital asset transactions.
What FF News has reported before
FF News has closely followed Modern Treasury’s efforts to bridge traditional and digital finance. In September 2026, the company launched non-custodial stablecoin wallets to link fiat and crypto rails, followed by a significant move to seek an OCC charter for a national trust bank dedicated to stablecoins. The firm also recently integrated physical and digital checks into its unified API. Meanwhile, Fuze Finance has been active in international expansion, recently moving into Switzerland to provide institutional crypto infrastructure.
What this means
This partnership signals a shift in how international fintechs approach the U.S. market. Rather than navigating the fragmented American banking landscape through direct, one-off bank partnerships, firms like Fuze are increasingly relying on sophisticated orchestration layers to achieve instant scale. This puts traditional correspondent banking under pressure, as stablecoin-to-USD bridges offer a faster, more transparent alternative for cross-border liquidity. The speed at which Fuze can now deploy—moving from months to days—raises the bar for domestic incumbents. It also highlights the growing institutional demand for programmable dollars that can move seamlessly between blockchain rails and instant payment systems like FedNow.
